No physical item will be shipped unless clearly stated on the product listing.

 

2. Delivery

 

Once your payment has been successfully processed, your digital files will be made available for download. Depending on how our website is set up, you may receive:

* A download link by email

* Access through your customer account

 

Please ensure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.

 

3. Download Issues

 

If you experience any problems accessing your files, please contact us with:

* Edit the artwork for resale.

* Use the files for commercial purposes.

* Remove copyright notices or branding where included.

 

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

 

7. Printing

 

Colours may vary depending on:

* Printer settings.

* Ink used.

* Paper type.

* Professional printing services.

 

We cannot guarantee identical colour reproduction across all devices and printers.

All artwork, graphics, illustrations, educational resources, designs and digital products remain the intellectual property of That SEND Mama. Copyright is not transferred with your purchase. All rights are reserved.
