Welcome to That SEND Mama. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

That SEND Mama is a small family business specialising in original artwork, prints, handmade items, home décor and creative products. Email: thatsendmama@gmail.com

3. Products


Every effort is made to accurately display colours, sizes and descriptions. However, colours may vary depending on your screen settings, and handmade items may have slight variations that make each piece unique. All dimensions are approximate.

4. Ordering
 

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. You will receive an order confirmation by email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order until your item has been dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where necessary.

5. Pricing

 

All prices are shown in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price charged will always be the price shown at checkout.

6. Payment


Payment must be received before any order is processed or dispatched. Payments are securely processed through our chosen payment providers. We do not store your payment details.

7. Shipping


Estimated dispatch times are provided as a guide only. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate.

8. Damaged or Lost Items


Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of:

* the damaged item

* the packaging

* the shipping label

 

If your parcel is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier before arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate.

9. Returns & Cancellations


Under UK consumer law, personalised or custom-made items are generally non-refundable unless faulty. For non-personalised items, you have 14 days from receiving your order to notify us that you wish to return it. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed after the item has been received and inspected.

10. Original Artwork


Each original artwork is unique. Once sold, it cannot be reproduced unless specifically stated. Certificates of authenticity may be provided where applicable.

11. Prints


Print colours may vary slightly from those displayed on screen. Frames and props shown in photographs are not included unless specifically stated.

12. Intellectual Property


All artwork, designs, illustrations, logos, product photographs, graphics and website content remain the intellectual property of That SEND Mama. Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright. Customers may not:

* reproduce artwork

* scan or digitally copy artwork

* use artwork commercially

* create derivative works

* reproduce images from this website without written permission

 

Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

13. Custom Commissions


Commissioned artwork begins once payment (or agreed deposit) has been received. Reasonable progress updates may be provided. Due to the personalised nature of commissioned artwork, cancellations after work has begun may not be eligible for a refund. Minor revisions may be offered at our discretion.

14. Gift Cards


Gift cards (if available) are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

15. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

16. Privacy


Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how personal data is collected and processed.

17. Governing Law


These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
